But perhaps this is precisely what is needed, and perhaps all of us with upload problems should send emails to Ken (Ken_Schott@genealogy.com). Perhaps if he receives enough mail he will realize just how frustrated and discouraged customers are and will take a hard look and let us know if there is any hope of a fix. We are certainly not receiving that attention on this board. I have emailed and encourage you all to do likewise. It's worth a try ... nothing else has worked thus far.
