I spoke with the Mattel tech phone support people a day or two ago and found out that Mattel will not be providing tech phone support for UFT after the end of this month. Per that conversation, the phone support is being turned over to the same group that runs the email tech support through this web site. This did not come from just some person that answers the phone but from some higher up that should know what is going on between the two groups. That should be interesting. I wonder if that is part of the contributor to the lack of response and correction to problems we are seeing from this site. Are they too busy trying to figure out how they are going to handle phone support to correct any problems here? I was given the info that Ken Schott is suppose to be the person in tech support in control of these guys and also working on the uploading/updating problem.
