Dan,

Very well put. Many times these spin-offs are done for tax reasons, but the Mgmt team is still answerable to the shareholders, in this case the 5 investing companies. You better believe they have a strong interest at what goes on at genealogy.com. I sadly now share the opinion's expressed by others, that genealogy.com doesn't care what happens to UFT. Where is the product line manager for UFT. Haven't heard a word from any such person for 6-8 months. Or is there no one?
