If I were the other partners I'd have my lawyers on a short leash. The Mattel stockholders and UFT users have been had by the ones walking away with millions of dollars. Pundits on the stock sites are decrying the "due dilegence" that wasn't. Would this have any effect on the syphoning of assets to form Genealogy.com?

Why not spend a few bucks and fix the program and the web server?

Mattel still has an interest and is one of your owners. Your president still has to answer to the owners. He isn't doing his job!
But then again it looks like nobody at Mattel was doing theirs either. You are in good company.
