After reading Maggie's response and then the original question again, I'm not sure exactly what the problem is. Is there no print at all -- or is the formatting incorrect?

If there is no print at all, it could be that you need to increase expanded memory (ROOTS III required expanded memory in large basefiles)

If it's a formatting problem, either print to a file and use a word processor, or you can modify the printer drivers for ROOTS III in the Installation program using the Custom Printer option. But you should know the printer codes for the specific printer to do this. The printer manual may show the codes.

Give more information about the exact problem you're having and maybe we can come up with a solution.
