You said "I created a death certificate event. The problem is when you print the Family Journal it says that the death certificate is conflicting evidence."

Are you CERTAIN that you created the death certificate EVENT? It sounds like you created either a death certificate SOURCE or a death2 or death3 event.

If the statement is "Alternative evidence states that he died..." Then that came from a death2 or 3 event. The word "conflicting" seems to be output when birth2/3 or marriage2 events are used.

Of course if you built a death certificate event TEMPLATE then the role sentence you created might have those words in it - but that's unlikely.

If the above doesn't help, please copy the exact sentence from the Journal report to us; it might help us understand what's happening. Also let us know the exact name of the event type you used.
