It may well not be your fault - UFT, the Box Chart module included, is based on 16-bit technology, which is proving to be increasingly incompatible as newer hardware comes out. I will talk to those who did print testing here, and see if they had the banding problem you describe - as I said earlier, I wasn't aware of the problem, but it doesn't surprise me either.

One last idea to try, and that's changing your Printer Driver to an earlier model (ie the HP680c) and see if UFT has an easier time working with it or not.
