I for one appreciate any help or ideas we get from tech support but find it puzzling why you guys don't provide updates on what the problems are that people are begging for help with. Tech support seems to take the "Oh Well" attitude and wash your hands of any problems. It's like you don't care that people have problems with the software and it's supposed to "not work right". Granted these problems are not of your personal making but hey you guys wouldn't have a job there if it were not for the CUSTOMER, which is US. I certainly can understand you have limitations imposed by your superiors. You have to admit though that the tech support right now is almost non existent. Can someone there post what you do know about the upload problems and why the successful uploads are not getting updated to the web site servers? Post what you know and stop ignoring the CUSTOMER. At least if there were info coming out showing you guys are working it might not seem so hopeless on our side.
