Donna's book was a help in getting through the learning curve of Roots III, and I wish I had her help with a similar learning curve with Roots IV.

Somehow, Roots V, Family Gathering, and UFT seemed a smoother transition, in part, I guess, because we understood the event concepts, the data was basically the same as Roots IV, and we were more familiar using Windows features. However, I don't think there are as many unusual ways of "hiding" links to data in UFT.
