UFT 3 and Memory Problems

When is another version of UFT coming out that does not have the memory sensitivity that UFT 3 has?

If I want to run UFT3, I have to reconfigure, reboot and run UFT immediately or it crashes. I have 128 Megs of ram 4+ GB of free hd space and am on a PII 350 machine.
