The Branch and Rank Details under Military Service can be printed two ways, first for a one time change by clicking on the number beside the event in order to bring up the "Event Edit" screen. Then click on "Preview" on this screen and you will get the "Role Template" screen. The Details are listed as "#A[!]" and "#B[!] on this screen. If you change the information in the "Text Template" area of this screen and add "#A[!]" and/or "#B[!] the information placed in the Details area of the event edit screen will appear for this event/role only. You can click "Update" on this screen to see how the data will print out (It will appear in the "Report Text (Read Only)" area of this screen.

If you want to change the way this role prints out for all of the occurences of this event/role, go to "Build - Templates - Event/Role" on the main screen and select the "Military Service" event the click on "Role List Edit" in the bottom right corner and select the role you wish to change. Make the corrections in the "Report Text" area of this screen similar to the way described above and you will change all occurences of the "Event/Role". If you need to change more that one role, select the other role and make any changes you wish to make for it also. Example: In this case you can change the roles of "Military Personnel" and "Officer".
