Error on UFT 2.9 Start from Gateway

Purchased new computer...loaded UFT Platinum ver 2.9...worked a few days okay...now an error message: FOXPROW CAUSED A DIVIDE ERROR AT 0001:0000flc9
BYTES AT CS:EIP;000flc9
f7 fl 40 a3 b6 28 1f 07 58 5b 59 5a 5f c3 57 52
I get the same error every time with warning I may lose any data stored if I ignor error!
Did anyone else buy ver 2.9? Thanks
