Hello Bob Crook,
Your fonts have nothing to do with your problem.
'The indented descendent report produced using rich text format is faulty.'
If you mean that trying to Print to File an Indented Descendant Report, or emailing that report . . .
There are several 'grafic type reports' including the Indented Descendant Report that do NOT do a very good job with Print to File.
Then, when you try to email them, problems are compounded.
Email does not accept indents. It may look like it on screen at your end but indents are lost when emailed. You can replace indents with x number of spaces and get something approaching indents but I doubt you want to do that much work.
And you noticed the pipe figure (vertical line) doesn't always work well either, at least not consistently. However, the problem lies in the weaknesses of the net and email. RTF was not designed for those situations.
Now, if you are printing an Indented Descendant Report directly from UFTree to paper, that is another kettle of fish.
Could it be you are using an early version of UFTree or ?
