Paul Burchfield Please answer Help

I'm still having uploading problems with my web page even after using
the "new" PD.INI fix of changing the FTP page to be www.uftree.com. I'm on the UFT software 2.8 and using AOL 5.0 with IE 5.0. I also have upgraded to the patch from your site specified for AOL 5.0. I spoke with phone support today also and am very confused. They say I can't ever connect using any 2.XX UFT software going through AOL5.0 on a WIN95 machine. They claim even with my PD.INI file update or modified it will not work. They said all the 2.xx versions of UFT are running 16 bit software and that the AOL 5.0 is running 32 bit and will not work even after I connect to your FTP site.

Here's where I am now. After updating the 5.0 patch from your site and also modifying the PD.INI file I don't get the original error message about the palladium server being
gone. I make a connection and the FTP client window comes up on uftree.com and
shows I've logged in and am "sending a file" but the status XXXX amount
of uplaod never changes, and nothing is being uploaded. after about a
minute the client window disappears. If I open and look at my browser
window there is a message that reads:
Unexpected error
Unable to process your request because of a server condition. More
details on error 4 refer to file maker or contact site admin
What's happening? Got any ideas?
