I have Windows 98 and looked all over and don't seem to have the font you named,MS Sans Serif-[SSERIFE.FON or SERIFE.FON]. But I did change Windows Standard to Windows Standard Large and everything seems to be working well. In fact I love the larger print. I am able to use all other programs and the internet. My original problem in UFT is still there, just some of the windows are off size, but I am still able to print out reports OK and otherwise use UFT. I think I will leave everything alone. But by the way, what did you mean by "manually extract the files from your Windows CD-ROM"? How would I do that?
Fran
