I'm researching this and trying to figure it out. In the meantime, yes, you can try reinstalling the printer. Also, could you please do a Find (from the Start Menu) for "RRWRENG.DLL" and see where it finds the file, and if there are multiple copies on the machine. (Be sure to check the box that says "include subdirectories", and start from the root of your hard drive)?
