Ok, that font is the most important one in the system, for programs other than UFT as well. It is a font used for many window and title bar sizing equations, and some software (UFT included) cannot work well when that font is not present. There is not an easy way that I am aware of to reinstall that font. You will need to either get a copy from a friend, or manually extract the files from your Windows CD-ROM. On my windows 98 machine, the filename for MS Sans Serif is "SSERIFE.FON" ; Similarly you should make sure you have MS Serif ("SERIFE.FON" on my machine).
