Roberts of 11488 Myrnice, I found the patch you suggested and I'll see about installing it, THANKS. I also MAY have gotten a clue why UFT crashes evertime I try to launch it from the "gateway". I need to "talk" to someone who knows about an application called FOX START PRO v.2.6. WHen my Norton crashguard intercepts the crash it lists FOXW2600.ESL as the file that is at fault. I just need to know how to fix this problem as UFT is worthless as it stands now. THanks again for all your help. Mike p.s. If you see an UFT technician walking by, point him this way!
