Yes, I consistently have that problem. Was told it had something to do with IE or MSOutlook, but haven't found a work around except to go into a DOS mode (even if just to do a dir a couple of time) or to reboot and go into UFT first and then go on line from there. It's a pesky thing. I was sticking with Roots 3 on my "desktop" because at least I could tab back and forth from that program to my e-mail if I had to look something up quickly. It's pesky to have to have all the programs up at the same time when not working within UFT.
