Dear Paul,

It has been over a week now, in my case of attempts to upload to Paladium. "Cannot connect to Paladium server, please try later". It would appear that I'm not alone, and I've heard nothing back. Please note that I've posted here since the 19th, 24th, have called level one,and written a separate note,
all without any resolution. They even suggested buying FTM. I like UFT, paid for UFT, don't want FTM, and would like some response from other than other irate users. I spent thirty years with Kodak and IBM working in Data Processing, always being told the CUSTOMER is number one, and prove it to them. If there is a server down, (PDFTP32), would someone "IN THE KNOW" with some gumption please own up to it, then connect it, replace it, fix it, do whatever it takes, and respond to the customers that rely upon the technical expertise you people employ. If you are reading the messages, and choosing only those which you (any techie) feel comfortable fixing, then perhaps a level two, or three should take a stab at it.
Just somebody please take a crack with honesty and let us know what is transpiring out there. I have Ver. 2.7, and have not been in this position, have not altered anything on the system, Win 95, 233MHZ, 96M RAM, and all I get is "Sorry, try again"???? WHEN????
