I'm having the exact same problem.
Tech support had the nerve to tell me that it says that because "with AOL, I need to be already connected to the web before uploading!"
I know how to work my computer - do they know how to work their system? I don't think so!
With a error message like that, it tells me that the problem is on their end, not ours! I don't need to be a tech to figure that out!
I have finally had it with this software, more problems than not, so I just ordered new software from a different company.
I don't know if the problem is due to all the changes being made or what, but I'm done with these problems.
If I were you, I'd do the same and just quit this program.
