I have a new paper bag with a mushroom face and "UFT User or Usee" printed on it ready for the Providence conference. Small party at an alcove in the reception hall on Wednesday night.
I'll be doing up a list of problems, long term and broken in transition, to inquire about and try in a more public forum to find out why they won't fix them.
How many versions of Windows or Word does Microsoft ask you to run on your machine to give you all the benefits of the program? Other companies of higher stature seem to be able to send out updates as do others. Why should we have to run 2 programs? How many versions of FTM do people have to run? This has dragged on far to long.
I have said it about some prior owners but haven't said it about Genealogy.com, spawn of Mattel, stepchild of Learning Company so here it goes - Your corporate attitude towards a loyal customer base sucks.
