Swiss Mt Climber on Price is Right

On the TV program "Price is Right" there is one contest where you are given three chances to name the cost of three prizes. As each number is wrong the Swiss Mt. Climber goes up the side of the ramp in one unit steps. When the 25th step is reached the Mt. Climber falls off the cliff.

Point is that the user's of UFT have been over the cliff for so long that we are no longer being heard. The suggestions are just falling off the cliff into a big void. Requests for fixes are not to be found for the general user. (specal fixes have been posted for internet problems) Management has their employees in fear of lost of jobs if anything is said re upgrades or fixes. Too bad as I continue to see more users that are switching their use of a genealogy program AWAY from UFT.
