Michael,
I've looked at this from home and at work in 4 different Web browsers. In all cases, this forum looks just like it should. There are still only 20 top-level messages on the current page.
If this were a GenForum issue we would all be experiencing the same thing. This Web site doesn't show one thing to some people and something different to others.
It is for these reasons that I say that whatever is going on is something on your end.
Have you tried a different Web browser? Deleted your current Web browser's cache and tried again? You can also hold down your Shift key and press the Reload or Refresh button to force your Web browser to get a new copy of the page. Do you know someone else with your same ISP who can try?
