Thank you for responding to my message. This is the information you requested. I am using UFT 3.0. The selections checked in the Page Setup window are: Name Preference -First-Main, Second-Main, Page Layout - Header/Footer Lines, Preparer Date and Name-Index Additions (RTF)-Birth/Death Years,
Fonts - Book Title - Ariel,1523,R.
In the Print Window: Funtion -Print, Report-First Page 1, Last Page 21, Copies 1--Book- First Page (I insert the number with which I want the report to begin).
My box chart includes 75 individuals. After selecting the colors for spouse, female and male, I clicked on the color legend icon. I searched the chart up and down but it was not there. I created a small descendant box chart (3 individuals), making the same selections as above, and the color legend appeared on the bottom right hand corner of the page. Don't understand why it works with one and not the other. Most importantly, I am still getting the black rectangle at the top of each page.
