The easiest way (keeping the lines, etc.)is to send it to your word processor (MSWord or WP works best, I believe) and save it as an RTF. Then, rather than pasting it in to your e-mail, send it as an attachment. An RTF file can be opened within most any word processing program by the receiver of the message. It might take a bit of explanation of how to do it within your e-mail message, but it surely comes through better that way.
