Previously employed by a large corporation,
the following occurred. Upon hire I signed 5-15 legal papers.
One stating if you come up with any brillant marketable ideas it belongs to the company.
Another ANY item NOT public knowledge is not to be repeated.
Just before leaving a required form for outside vendors appeared. They were not allowed in to the facility without signing it. Along the lines of anything you see or hear will be forgotten/not talked about.
This was NOT a goverment run or top secret place. Normal corporate America.
