G'Day Mickey,
I don't know about the offer you have received BUT --- A few years ago in Australia we had a rush of such offers which, when investigated thoroughly, turned out to be a hoax. The Family Books were IDENTICAL, the only difference was the Family Names. Even First Names were identical.
As I said, I don't know about your offer but I would treat it with suspicion until somebody could verify the authenticity.
