Some people still don't use cut and paste to the fullest extent of its' functionality, and may not realize how useful it is... Some of us arrived at that conclusion intuitively or because we were given the information by training materials, or a teacher, but for some who teach themselves, it may not be immediately apparent, except of course in the context of editing within a single word processing document.
