Hello John,
One way is the old fashioned way, do all of the thoughtful work of designing a book (see the UFTree 3.0 CD manual, Appendix C: How to Create a Book: One Researcher's Opinion, by Rhonda R. McClure, Professional genealogist; Ultimate family Tree Web Site Sysop), print the reports out (or hire them printed), have the pages bound (there are several ways), and sell or give the book to your family.
This is work but worth it. Researching your family history was not easy or instantly done.
Preparing the book is not easy or instantly done. You really should plan on taking up to a year to prepare, proofread, print/bind and all.
