Ye old problem, I'm guessing. Does it show something like <FROOTS> ? prior to the line? If so, you are missing the ROOTS font and will need to reinstall it. You can check to see if it's installed by going to control panel/fonts and looking there. If there is strange text in the reports, it's usually be a font that you have selected is either not installed or there are too many fonts installed and you will need to delete a few fonts (make sure they aren't any "normal" ones).
