Irene's comment is correct, here's the lowdown:

1. MS-DOS based systems (which include Win9x) are not case-sensitive. Therefore all the files we generate are considered "upper-case" while sitting on the PC's hard drive.

2. Our scripts on the UFTREE server automatically rename all the files to lowercase versions of the filenames when it unpacks the website upon upload.

3. Those who upload to their own websites must make sure the filenames get renamed to lowercase. Many FTP programs (I use WS_FTP which I highly recommend) have an option to automatically do this for you.
