Paul, We can understand your company not wanting to advertise something new, for competative, marketing, or ethical reasons (you don't want to announce vaporware that may not arrive as announced). Our question is: are you trying to deliver what you are already marketing - on your web site, on store shelves (at least maybe somewhere), in magazines, etc.? At the very least, could you put up an "upgrade" version that just uses the Family Journal program from 2.9, with appropriate warnings that any new features that might have been included in FJ 3.0 may be lost (if there are any)? And maybe you could formally document those places where features don't work (e.g. certain types of global find and replace)? And if some day your company comes out with a glorious Ultimate Family Tree Maker, we might come to believe that you were (are) trying to improve our situation, and not just stonewall us. But please, tell us if you are trying to fix your product. Pierce
