Technical support by e-mail working???
Does anyone know if the technical support by e-mail function is operational?The Support Request Form states "Upon receipt of your e-mail, our message management system will send you an auomatic response to let you know that your message was delivered".
I am having a problem producing Family 5.5 Gedcoms and submitted a Support Request Form on January 6.I have received no automatic response so far.Suspecting my submission didn't go through I submitted another form on January 8.I have still had no automatic response.
