We're really not trying to be difficult. I know that's not easy to believe sometimes but please try to understand that UFT users are fiercely loyal and quite happy with the program. It has taken a long time to develop the program to this point and the fear is that we're going to loose it.
I honestly don't believe that the goal is to kill UFT but it would be nice to recieve a reply of something other than "we can't comment about the future of our programs." I understand corporate policies but I also understand good business practices. You do what you can to make the customer happy and right now you've got a lot of people unhappy with the way they're being treated or at least how they percieve that they're being treated. Couldn't you ask your supervisor or whoever for permission to just let us know when the bug fix will be out or if it's even being developed?
I believe you have been and are doing your best and I'm sure you're tired of all the complaining but if your customers are complaining then something is wrong!!!!!
