Linda (and others),

You may not realise that the <vbg> at the end of my comment stands for <Very Big Grin>. Sorry if you took offence at my little backhand dig at TMG, I was just being a little cheeky and certainly did not mean to imply that you are not welcome on this message board. I must admit I get very frustrated at the lack of updates for known bugs in UFT but still use it as my main program (UFT 3.0 only took 6 months before it was available for sale in Australia).

We don't seem to suffer the telemarketing hype for FTM as you seem to get in the USA, perhaps they can't stand on their heads to talk to us "down Under" <Grin>. One trick I use when receiving unwelcome telemarketing calls is to say "yes, tell me all about your product" then put the phone down and walk away. When I return 10 mins or so later they are gone !! I have no idea how long they kept going before they realise no one is actually listening to them prattle on.

I hope your cousin managed to import the GEDCOM, they can be difficult to manage at times (no genbridge in UFT).
