Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

I use UFT for a website also. I use 2.8

Your answer is pure BS. It is demeaning to the company you work for this week to ignore complaints that portions of your programs that were working fine are not working properly following upgrades and to the users of your program who are forced to be irate and vocal perhaps encouraging new users to look elsewhere.

How about just answering the question of whether or not you ever intend to fix what you broke? This should not be a corporate secret. We don't need to know what new bells and whistles you are adding or how many thousands of complex code lines Blue is adding- just will you make it work right again? Will you make good on the advertised uses of the program? If you can't answer this then we know exactly where the new corporate ethics lie.
