Using Macros for sources.

The use of macros to enter sources works well as long as it is not one of the original 250 sources.
The method #2 as outlined in the Jan.'99 posting by Joe Burgess causes a computer lock up. I am following the outline and wonder if there is some precaution which I am not observing.
Sure would appreciate any comment that would keep from locking up the machine.
