No Maggie I don't have the uninstaller. I'm not sure if I'm giving you the info you wanted, but here is what I think you want. I have a Pentium (r) computer with 63.OMB Ram. System resources 80% free file system 32 big'3,485,855,744 bytes available. 4,276,840,448 bytes total disk space 3,485,855,744 bytes available on disk. I have UFT Premier software.
I ran a scandisk to find out the bytes available and it said that one or more copies of FAT were there, maybe same maybe not, and it repaired the error. Don't know what that might mean.
Trying to find the CONFIG.FPW I went to My Computer - C: - Roots4 - Config.FPW (I hit the little ? in the right hand corner and up comes another window that says
Finished-WINHLP32 The screen is black and says insufficient memory. Then I can't shut it down as the mouse won't scan over that window. I tried escape and I got This MS-DOS program has terminated. Click the Close button in corner of window after you view the output and any possible error messages. I couldn't do that. So I shut all those I could behind it and finally I got you have done an illegal whatever and it will shut down. Then the black screen closed and I shut down the rest and restarted my computer.
Maybe you can tell me what significance all this has.
Also, just before New Year's (31st) I thought I would defragment and I started and said I had to scandisk first, which I did. I tried to defragment 3 times and it wouldn't. Anyway I took from files that said 0000 to 00046 maybe and I had been told they probably meant nothing. I put them into recycle, but after my program wouldn't open, I reinstated them where they were. I hope I didn't do something really awful when I did that.
