I, for one hope to speak with the UFT representatives at the NGS Conference this spring here in RI. Perhaps face to face they will be unable to dodge the questions they so aptly dance around here. If anyone else is interested, maybe a group of us can arrange to meet with them--power in numbers and all. They seem to be either clueless or apathetic to the concerns of their users. The wait for the fixes is getting way out of hand without even a "hang tight guys, we're working on a maint. upgrade". Not to mention that the company is doing it's level best to discourage UFT and encourage FTM, which can't even compete as far as superiority. This is a good program, better than any I've tried and I've a had a chance to try quite a few since our library has started circulating genealogy programs and I get to process them. I really hate the idea of going elsewhere now, I've used this one forever. But if they plan to kill it and leave us with only this buggy version 3, I'd like to know now so I can have the funeral and move on!
