Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Michael,

I have two macros that I use for my signature. One for here and one for the FTW message boards.

Because I post many more messages on the FTW message boards (again, that's due to the policy of providing electronic support to UFT customers via email and to FTW customers via the message boards) it's almost automatic that at the end of a message I enter the characters that generate the signature I use on those message boards.

It was simply a mistake that caused that signature to be added here. Please don't try and read anything more into it.

Sincerely,
Paul Burchfield, Genealogy.com Technical Support
