Downloading Family Info

Recently I clobbered my PC system and lost all of my Family Tree data. I know I uploaded it to the World Family Tree site. I was wondering if there was a way to get this info back from the World Family Tree in a format where I can reload (or open it) it some way to restore my lost data? Any help would be appreciated.
