Your note from Jon Loring indicates that upgraders get a TWO-month free subscription to GenealogyLibrary.com? Hmmm, the literature I received (and everyone else who's been rightfully complaining that they CANNOT freely access said "reward") says it's supposed to be THREE free months.

Seems moot anyway -- what's being given now is ZERO free months -- when the 3.0 upgrade has been out for about six weeks, and the accessibility of the "value added component" has STILL not been arranged.

Can't blame Renee for being mad, nor the others... (just read the UFT Message Board). Personally, I'm glad I didn't upgrade -- if I had, I'd be mad also.
