I wrote concerning the ongoing support of UFT. Also received one letter back with "address unknown" (New York address). The firstly-mentioned one came from Parsons Technology, a Broderbund Company, and the text follows. Ruthie

First, I have forwarded a copy of your letter to Geneology.com [note the spelling]. This organization is now a separately run company headquartered in Freemont, California.

Second, I have addressed support related issues with the Mattel Interactive customer support management team which maintains responsibility for customer service and technical support.
