Pierce,
I feel trapped because I AM trapped in UFT.
Let's just say that I want a simpler program - I would rather spend my time researching than keying info in tediously. Also, FTM is more popular, and an FTM user can exchange info easier with another FTM user. I am a Roots User from way back. I began with Roots II. Each time a new version came out, I bought it and spent hours & hours cleaning up my info. Now that I want to get out, I CAN'T, and I resent it. That's not saying UFT isn't a good program, it's just not right for me.
