Adding to my previous post, the event you mentioned is a valid event in UFT although I never have used this one. Apparently there is some other problem in your data base than what I mentioned.

My "ha po'olua" event does not have any roles defined in the source template. (It can be found under "Build - Templates - Event/Roles".

If you are not using this event, I would suggest you delete the roles that are there. If you are using this event, assign gedcom tags to the roles that you assigned in the event.
