Will these run OK on XP?

Hi, at present I am running UFT Deluxe on my Windows XP Professional, but I keep getting a message that there is not enough space on my hard drive, even though I still have 20Gb free. I have the chance to buy either UFT Premier or UFT 3.0, will either of these versions work on my system and will they allow more information to be included?
