Make sure to make a good back up of your UFT. Then go ahead and install version 3.0 on your new WinXP computer. Then download the 3.1 update before you do anything further. Open the program and make sure it looks like it will work. Then you can open your sqz file (from backup) and see how it works. I didn't have ANY problems and I have had 3 new computers since the final UFT version came out. Others have had awful problems and i don't know why; but there are work arounds.
