Thanks Maggie, and also to Bob and Myrnice. I guess I need to read up on sorts. I don't know much about them -- but it sounds like they're really critical??

Interesting thing with my problem is that I get the wrong mother showing with the child only when I'm starting with my top ancester. if I start the box chart with the parents of the child (2 generations down), it shows correctly. Does this make any sense?
