Thanks John- I have MSWord and I have never since I bought the software been able to export an indented descendant report. Once I go into print setup and choose print to file- indented descendant report is "grayed out" and you can not choose it....

I used to be able to print these reports just fine- starting a few months ago I got these weird characters showing up. I installed a MS Digital Image software which I received for Christmas and I'm thinking it has done something to my reports.

When I go into print set up on UFT it shows up as Microsoft Office Document Image- under my list of installed printers.... any suggestions???
